Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only in the USA. In the UK we can take Visa, Mastercard, Access, Delta and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All UK orders attract a £3.50 handling charge.

Feast/supplements orders exceeding £25 (product value) can have up to 20kg of seed added for our standard delivery charge of £3.50. All other orders and seed only orders are subject to a carriage charge of £6.90 per 28kg or part thereof (£10.00 for Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland).

We can now despatch goods to BFPO addresses:

(max. weight All BFPOs with the exception of HM Ships, Op Telic & Op. Herrick is 24kg; HM Ships: BFPO's 200 to 499 and rest 9kg).

All BFPO carrigae costs will be adjusted when we process your order in our office.

Overseas shipping costs vary. Please note that for destinations outside the European Union any duties and taxes or costs associated with customs clearance, health regulations etc are to be paid by the customer.

Delivery Schedule Orders that are received with payment before 2.30pm GMT are sent out the same day. Standard postage within the UK is by Royal Mail 2nd class (3-5 days) for small orders and ParcelForce (48 hour) for orders over 1kg in weight. For an extra £1.80 we will despatch goods by first class post or 'next day' ParceForce. We do not guarantee the delivery performance of our couriers or the Royal Mail.

We use a variety of different couriers for international orders so that we can keep prices as low as possible. Delivery times are usually around 7-14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
