Application: Feed EasyBird Super Breeder 5 or 6 days a week. Before the breeding season add between 50 and 75 grams of EasyBird Super Breeder to each kilogram of soft food. Ideally increase the level over a period of about 6 weeks. During the breeding season add 100 grams per kg of soft food. Or add 3 grams (1.2 level teaspoons) to a day's food for each kg of bird weight.

EasyBird Super Breeder
Nutritional factors are often the difference between a great breeding season and a disaster. At The Birdcare Company we believe that we have produced the most effective supplement system for breeding birds in the world. But the system contains five key products used at different rates at different times of the year. For newcomers to supplements or people with big collections and little time we recognise that something simpler is very attractive. This is why we have developed EasyBird. During the breeding season EasyBird Super Breeder supplies all the key nutrients from Daily Essentials3, CalciBoost, Flourish, ProBoost SuperMax and BioPlus. It is simply added to a commercial soft food or finely chopped fresh fruit and veggies, sprouted seeds or soaked/cooked pulses. The only concession is that, because the calcium is best not given everyday, we strongly recommend that one or two days each week are supplement free.

The SIMPLE SYSTEM - CRUMB products are designed to be approximately 10% of your birds' food intake. This compares to 25% for most Continental style eggfoods and 80% for complete pellets. The balance can be seeds, fresh foods and human foods.There should be no need for any extra supplements or expensive egg foods.  The crumb mixture incorporates protein, a mineral premix, a vitamin premix limiting amino acids, essential oils and probiotics.
Application: Packs include both a five and two day product (full user guide included) which require feeding along side a seed mixture, fruits and veg.

Feast Softfood
Feast is the first ever softfood to contain a prebiotic. Prebiotics are natural substances that help create a good environment for the friendly bacteria and, at the same time, make it a less attractive place for masty germs like protozoa and disease causing bacteria.  As well as this, Feast also contains natural immunomodulators that maximise the effect of the bird's natural immune system all of which combine to help reduce the risk of young chicks succumbing to disease.
Feast is free from artificial colourings, has a 16% protein level and contains a comprehensive range of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Feast comes in two varieties:
Gold Label Feast- Aniseed flavoured
Insectivorous Feast- with lots of lovely bugs!
Many finch breeders mix the two together for excellent results.

CalciBoost (liquid)    
Liquid calcium supplement for breeding and growing birds. Has been found to be very effective as an emergency product for egg-bound hens.

Application: In water (10-20 mls per litre) or on soft-food 0.1-0.2 mls per 100g bodyweight. Use the lower doses in hard water areas.
Pack sizes: 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1 litre, 5 litres.
Active ingredients: Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Calcium.
Shelf-life: Normally 18-24 months. 

CalciBoost Powder
CalciBoost powder is a very concentrated calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 supplement. It is fully soluble so can be used in water or on food. As an addition to soft foods it it is probably easier to use than CalciBoost liquid.

Application: Feed twice a week to non-breeding birds and five times a week to breeders. If birds have not been on CalciBoost before or are showing signs of calcium/magnesium deficiency use five days a week for the first 1-2 months. Do not feed CalciBoost powder daily. Birds on dry seed diets: Mix 1.5 level teaspoons (enclosed)(3.5 grams) of CalciBoost Powder to one pint (475 ccs) of drinking/bathing water. Or add one large pinch to 1 fl oz (30 ccs) of water. To add to softfoods or fruits/vegetables: 1 pinch (0.15 grams) for 24 finches (Gouldian sized), 12 canaries, 7 budgies/parakeets, 4 cockatiels, 1 grey/Amazon. 2-3 pinches for a large cockatoo or macaw.CalciBoost Powder can be added to hand rearing foods. Add at the rate of 1 pinch per pound (450g) of bird bodyweight. For smaller birds use CalciBoost Liquid.

CaliBoost ON-FOOD Powder
Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 for addition to soft foods or fresh foods.  For breeding and growing birds.

Application: Sprinkle over fresh foods, human foods or moistened soft foods(Feast). Use once or twice a week for non-breeding birds andup to 5 days a week for breeders. Use less frequently if birdsgetting very hard drinking water. For small collections give 1pinch for a pair of finches/canaries, 2 pinches per pair budgies,4 pinches per pair cockatiels/rosellas, 4 pinches for oneamazon/grey, 8 pinches per macaw.Alternatively add 20g (4 heaped teaspoons) to a kg of dry softood. Remember not to feed more than 5 days a week.

Active ingredients: Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Calcium.

Super concentrated on-food vitamin, mineral, amino acid and herbal nutricine product for large breeders, zoos and bird parks. This product is 5.6 times the strength of Daily Essentials3.

Application: Sprinkle over fruit or other moist food. Give one teaspoon per day for every 7kg of body weight. 168 pairs canaries and finches, 112 pairs of budgerigars, 67 pairs of cockatiel sized birds, 56 pairs of rosella sized birds, 34 pairs of Greys/amazons and 22 pairs of cockatoos/macaws.
To ensure even distribution throughout thr food it is a good idea to mix the BirdPark Essentials with one key and visible component of your birds food (like grated carrot or sweet corn kernals). When that is evenly spread through the food so is the BirdPark Essentials.

Flourish
Flourish is a blend of natural herbal ingredients that help to stimulate the bird's immune system, attack disease causing organisms and create a good environment in the gut for beneficial bacteria. Flourish can be used as a regular preventative or to support the bird's natural defences during times of illness.
Application: Add Flourish to eggfood fruits greenfoods etc. One level teaspoon of Flourish is adequate for 60 pairs of finches/canaries, 40 pairs of budgerigars, 24 pairs of cockatiels, 20 pairs of rosellas, 12 pairs of amazons/greys or 8 pairs of large macaws. Flourish is safe to use at larger dose rates.

Long shelf life, not as fast acting as Potent Brew

Application: Add 5 grams (just over 1 level teaspoon) to 1 litre of drinking water or mix 5 grams of BioPlus with 500 grams softfood or fruit.  Do not use in the same drinking water as Saniclens.

Enviroclens concentrate (liquid)
World leader cleaner/disinfectant. Kills fungi, yeasts, and viruses as well as bacteria. Very safe, pleasant smell, non-corrosive and totally biodegradable.

Application/dilution rates: 1:100 Enviroclens to water for cages, food and water containers, incubators, brooders and perches.
1:50 Avisafe to water for hand-rearing implements, nest boxes and heavily soiled areas.
1:100 - 5 mls (1 teaspoon) to 500 mls (1 pint) water.
1:50 10 mls (2 teaspoons) to 500 mls (1 pint) water.
Pack sizes: 100ml, 500ml, 1 litre, 5 litres.
Active ingredients: Halogenated tertiary amines.
Shelf life: Normally 20-24 months undiluted. Diluted 6-12 months.

A comprehensive vitamin, mineral and protein supplement for addition to the drinking water of birds that refuse to eat a varied diet.

Application: Add one drop of Aviclens (Saniclens) to 50mls of water. Add this slowly to one level teaspoonful of Fussy Feeder Essentials. Mix carefully to avoid lumps. Alternatively add the FFE to water and whisk aggressively.  Twice a week add half to one teaspoon of Calcivet (CalciBoost) to this mixture.
