This gouldian finch was rescued by top American breeder, Laraine McGinnis.

It had suffered 12 months poor feeding. After six weeks on Laraine's best diet the top picture was take. Then Laraine introduced Birdcare supplements and after a further six weeks it had blossomed! (see right)
