Essentials Plus (powder)

Small animal vitamins, Rapisorb major and trace minerals, essential amino acids and Flourish herbal extracts.  For enhanced health vitality and coat quality .

Application: Add 4g (one level teaspoon enclosed) to the food for a stud of eighty Netherland Dwarf sized rabbits. Scale up or down according to the size of your stock.
Supply daily for best results.
Essentials Plus is compatible with Calcivet, Aviclens, Spark and Potent Brew (do not combine Potent Brew and Aviclens in water).

Application: Sprinkle over slightly moistend food.  Give one level teaspoon per day for 5kg bodyweight of animal

Calcivet (liquid)

Liquid calcium supplement for healthy teeth and bones in small animals

Application: Mix 10mls to 20mls of Calcivet to 1 litre of drinking water. Alternatively add to food at the rate of 0.1-0.2mls (diluted in a little water) per 100g of bodyweight.
Feed once or twice a week to non-breeding animals and five times a week to breeders. Do not feed Calcivet daily.
Store between 5 and 300C in the dark.
Calcivet is one component of the Dr Squiggles small animal supplement system.

Guardian Angel (powder)

Comprehensive in-water or on-food supplement for sick or stressed animals.  Immune support, probiotics, vitamins, minerals.  Long-term energy.

Application: In water: 20g per litre or 1 level tsp (3g) for 150mls (do not use Aviclens with GA)
On food: Approx 1 gram per kg (2.2lbs) body weight.
Clean fresh water must always be available if Guardian Angel is used on the food.  If calcium deficiency is suspected also use Calcivet.

Poly-Aid (powder)

Emergency nutrition for sick and injured birds and animals.  Stop sick animals from starving.

Application: 3g (one level 5ml spoon) per 60g bodyweight twice per day.
Mix 1.5mls of water to every 3g of Poly-Aid and feed by syringe, crop tube or spoon. If greater dilution required to make swallowing easier then feed more frequently.
You can add Potent Brew to Poly-Aid but do not add any extra vitamin or mineral supplements.

Potent Brew (liquid)

A powerful feed supplement (probiotic). Increases the vigour of breeding animals, improves  baby survival and keeps the natural funtions of the gut at their best.

Application: Add Potent Brew to food at the rates suggested below:
1 drop per 30g bodyweight. 3 drops per 100g bodyweight.    1 ml per kg bodyweight.
Supply these quantities once a week for non-breeders and daily for breeders. 
Alternatively Potent Brew can be added to drinking water at the rate of 5mls per litre but do not mix with Aviclens!
NB  Potent Brew has an unpleasant smell but animals do love it!
Potent Brew discolours and goes "vinegary" over time.  This is normal.
Please shake bottle well before using!  Keep refrigerated.

Active ingredients: Potent Brew contains selected beneficial bacteria, added vitamins and extracts of germinated grains. Potent Brew is rich in amino acids and enzymes.

BioPlus (powder)

Helps restore beneficial bacteria to the gut and conditions the gut to make it more favourable for friendly bacteria. With garlic extract, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and glucose polymers. Used twice a week, it ensures a healthy gut flora and helps improve the bird's resistance to gut infections. Long shelf life, not as fast acting as Potent Brew

Application: Add 5 grams (just over one level teaspoon enclosed) to 1 litre of drinking water.
Do not use with Aviclens!
Alternatively mix 5 grams of BioPlus with 500g of formulated food.  BioPlus can be combined with Spark, Poly-Aid, Calcivet and Daily Essentials.

Aviclens (liquid)

Keeps drinking water sparkling clean and hygienic.  Safe to use every day.  To keep drinking water clean and reduce the growth of dangerous organisms.  Aviclens will retard the growth of yeasts, fungi and bacteria for up to 3 days.

Application: Add 5mls (one teaspoon) of Aviclens to 10 litres (~2 gallons) of drinking water. Alternatively add 1/3 ml per pint or 1/2 ml per litre.

Avisafe Concentrate (liquid)

Broad spectrum disinfectant/cleanser.  Protects you and your animals.  Kills yeasts, fungi,viruses and bacteria.  Safe and Biodegradable

Application: 1:100  Cages, food bowls, water containers and toys.
1:50   Wooden hutches and heavily soiled areas. Spray or wipe on and leave for at least five minutes.
 For 1:100 dilute 5mls (one teaspoon) of Avisafe concentrate in 500mls (one pint) of water. For 1:50 dilute 10mls (two teaspoons) of Avisafe concentrate in 500mls (one pint) of water.

Avisafe RTU (Ready to use) (liquid)

Avisafe Alcohol Hand Scrub

Probably, the most powerful germicidal hand cleaner available. Use before and after handling birds to reduce the chance of infecting chicks and spreading contagious diseases.
This product dries on the hands and does not require washing off with water. Kills yeasts, fungi, viruses and bacteria.

Application: Massage into hands until clean. Avisafe Alcohol Hand Scrub then evaporates.

Health Drink for Pets.  Maintains the animal's energy and water balance.

Application: Add 3 grams(one level teaspoon enclosed) to 150mls (1/4pint) of drinking water. Spark can be combined with Calcivet, Daily Essentials and Potent Brew. Use Aviclens as well unless Potent Brew is being used.
SHOWS AND TRAVEL  Add Spark to the drinking water for three days before the show/travel and two days afterwards.
STRESSED ANIMALS  Give Spark for up to one week at a time to animals struggling to raise young or for any other form of stress.

Blast-Off Anti-Mite (powder)

Safe and effective anti-mite powder for use directly on animals

Application: Sprinkle on affected areas as required.  Repeat application at two week intervals to assist in inhibiting the egg-laying cycle. We recommend that the animals living area is treated with Zodiac Plus Flea Spray to kill the mites that are repelled.  For animal external use only.

Zodiac + Flea Spray (liquid)

Insecticide for birdrooms and houses. Effects will last for 7 months after application. Kills adult mites & lice and prevents larvae maturing into egg-laying adults. 1 litre of product will treat approximately 35 square metres of surface. Use in conjunction with Blast-Off anti-mite.

Application: Apply fine spray to cages, nest boxes and walls and floors around cages. Do not spray directly onto bird. Can also be used on carpets and upholstery. Test on hidden area first.
